You can track your order by logging into the help centre portal here.
You will also receive a shipping confirmation email containing details to track your order once the item has been shipped.
This tracking information is sent out once the parcel has been processed to ship at our warehouse. You should receive a tracking number in the shipping confirmation email.
For Evri orders, you can use Evri Tracking to track your order.
For Royal Mail, please use Royal Mail Tracking to track your order.
Please note, international orders may be shipped with an alternative carrier.
If you have not received your tracking information and it has been over 2 business days or if your order hasn't arrived within the expected time-frame and you've received no updates, please contact us here and we will be happy to help track it down.
