How do I return my order?

Head to the Returns Portal, select your order, select your products and follow the steps. 

1. Vitamins

We accept returns on vitamin products under the following conditions:

  • The goods are unopened, and
  • The return is made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Any damage must be reported within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please ensure products are returned in their original sealed packaging.
  • Please include details of your order number(s) in your return package
  • Items showing signs of wear and tear or damage through misuse are not eligible for refunds.

2. Merchandise

This applies to items such as t-shirts, caps, tins, and bottles.

Unused Items:

  • Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition and packaging.

Damaged or Faulty Items:

  • Damage upon receipt must be reported within 14 days of receiving the item.
  • Faulty item reports are accepted within 90 days of purchase. Refunds are not offered for such cases, but if eligible, a replacement will be provided if the item is in stock.
  • Please provide a photo and description of the issue when contacting us.
  • Items showing signs of wear and tear or damage through misuse are not eligible for refunds.
